Tuesday November 6th, The Hockey News celebrated
60 years of tradition as well as the launch of the new look
magazine and web site. The Hockey News staff, friends
and clients celebrated in style at The Fermenting Cellar
located in the Distillery Historic District in downtown
Toronto.
The
Hockey News magazine has undergone quite a significant
facelift with a sleek new look, glossy cover and more convenient
size, while the web site boasts a brand new, easy to navigate
design, live scoreboard, insider blogs along with breaking

Hosted
by TSN's James Duthie, festivities included fabulous food,
whiskey tasting, some pampering, pictures with the Hart
and Conn Smythe trophies, interactive hockey games, special
The Hockey News tattoos for all of the guests -
web editor Edward Fraser got a tattoo LIVE at the party
- and some terrific door prizes. One lucky partygoer even
walked away with a trip for two to Maui!
