Montreal, December 12, 2007 – Due to
the restatement of its financial statements for prior years,
as announced on December 6, 2007,
Transcontinental is postponing the release of its 2007 financial
statements to Tuesday, December 18, 2007. The postponement
is meant to enable the Corporation’s external auditors
to finish their work.
As usual when it releases its quarterly or annual results,
Transcontinental will hold a conference call for the financial
community on December 18, at 10:00 a.m.
